Individual delegates may register for $215.00 before June 15,2008. After that date registration fees are $265.00 before September 15, 2008, and $290.00  on Site. To register, complete the Registration Form and mail it with your payment to IIDS, P. O. Box 39009, Birmingham, AL 35208.

Banquet ONLY $60.00.  Must register for banquet before arriving.  If you are only attending the banquet call 205-786-4437 no later than September 15, 2008.

Registration must be post marked by September 15, 2008 or your will be required to register on site. SORRY no personal checks on site.
